Women in Poker Hall of Fame Announces 2018 Enshrinement Finalists

Updated: April 10th, 2018 by Dev Ops

The Women in Poker Hall of Fame [WiPHoF] has announced its 11 finalists for possible induction into the hall this June.

Every two years, the WiPHoF’s ranks swell by two new members, chosen from the finalist list by the WiPHoF Selection Committee. That committee is comprised of the 19 previously elected WiPHoF members, plus an approximately-the-same number of industry media and professionals. (One of those voters, yours truly, was named as a finalist and is therefore not eligible to vote this time around.)

Via the WiPHoF site, here are the 11 finalists — meaning there was a tie for tenth place in the nominating process — along with their brief bios. In alphabetical order:

Hermance Blum – Hermance joined PokerStars in 2008 for a PR and Marketing position. Her role evolved into a wider range of responsibilities to operate as their Country Manager France.
